Miloslav Fekar took part in another architectural survey project, initiated by the city of Hranice. The city commissioned Ing.Tomaš Kočnar with the task to conduct an expert survey on building a club in the cellarage near the rampart of Hranice Castle. A part of the project was to arrange the entrance to the club, which required a complex solution for all the garden areas in the Castle vicinity.
The park should consist of three parts : an upper part near the entrance to the Castle, a terrace part with the entrance to the club, and a substructural part- the park area.
Miloslav Fekar´s contribution to the project was the design of a mobiliary - benches, lighting sculptural objects in the area in front of the Castle and a solution for the appearance of three functional components of the air-conditioning of the club (placed also on the terraces and near the stairs). The architect and the sculptor designed art objects combining wood materials, stainless steel, light and the fume (in the cold weather)
There is a calm park site in the substructural part with the dominating feature being the holt and astonishing animals.
